at the phonographique show, the mochi i made had green tea powder (just a teaspoon or so) in the mochi mix.  so they looked green, and the flavour was a bit bitter.  that's a nice bittersweet-sour combination.

but for white day, i wanted them to be white, so no green tea powder.</description>
