baby + truck recipe 1

i started yesterday. no clue what’s happening.

the baby i drew looks sadder and rather pouting than the baby on the photo i drew from.

i like those pouting faces in general.

i wanted to draw trucks for a long time. so i went to the library the other day and found a kid’s book called “diggers and dump trucks”. perfect. it has photographs of different types of trucks from a bulldozer to a tunneling loader. the one i chose was called backhoe, which has a shovel at the front and a bucket at the back. the backhoe in the book was in yellow but i changed it to green and i got rid of the bucket.

i think this drawing might make my nephew happy. he’s a big fan of trucks.
