k...kindergarten... i'm not sure if i could survive this zombie state that long...

i've been working on helping him laying down awake in the crib to fall asleep on his own right now... i stay with him until he falls asleep. he was crying at first, but at the end he held onto stuffed panda bear and fell asleep.

we worked on this back in london when he was 11 mons old, but traveling and teething etc drove up back to 0. we'll see if this works again.

he still wakes up every three hours or so, but i think it's a start...

ksklein:
until four years old! i think elijah is on its way.
that day was the only day that he slept though the night actually...
he's up every two hours and then three after midnight.
he's already running so i'd think that he's pretty tired at night.
it's a mystery...

I've been lucky with Kyo sleeping. I was usually the one that pushed him to wake up. Elijah so beautiful! He talks a lot already? I can't believe it. Babies are so amazing! Kyo finally said "mama" today. It made my heart stop. I am so happy for you guys. Now you can be an even better mama because you are well rested! :)

congrats. i can remember when i was so happy when my kids finally slept through the night. my son slept through the night when he was 3 months old, but my daughter didn´t sleep well until she was almost 4 years old.
it was really hard to get through the first 4 years. so i can relte how happy you must be that he sleeps through the night now.
