my mom always says that i can’t hide anything from her. she says that it’s written all over my face. i used to wonder how she does that.
after two and 5 months of new-mama training, i think i know what she means.

lying in his bed last night, elijah said:
「ママ、ドア締めて。暗くして。一緒に入る（布団のなかに）？イライジャ、ギュしてあげるよ。今日、いっぱい遊んだね。ディガー買って、その前にスープ食べて、その前にお風呂はいって。楽しかったね。どうして寝るんだ。おかしいな。わからないよ。」
“mama, close the door. make it dark. come in together (in the blanket)? elijah give you a hug. played a lot today. bought a digger, before that, ate soup. before that, took a bath. it was fun. how come we sleep. strange. don’t understand…”
