with paul and anthony easton, who curated the 1950 ford show at the art gallery of alberta. yuka’s drawing for the show can be seen at the top of this photo. we couldn’t make it to the opening, but we went to anthony’s curator’s talk the next afternoon. then we spent the rest of the weekend in edmonton.
marie said she was thinking of the time when her boys, now in university, were this small.
kit was thinking about stealing the baby. we had to check her bag at the door, just in case.
peter wanted a photo to put up on facebook to make him look like the kind of sensitive young man who’s good with babies.
it turns out that sakura-chan lives right around the corner.
